One of the first weekend's down here, I ran into a guy from Boston. Turned out he works for the Rockets. So, we made a little deal. He gave me tickets to see the Celtics when they came to town (March 18th) and I would give him Red Sox tickets when they came to town (March 30th). He scored us suite tickets. Not too bad...we started off the night sitting on the floor during shoot around. It was pretty cool to see Paul Pierce stroking the 3 up close and personal. As we were sitting courtside, Earl Campbell (famous running back for the Houston Oilers from the 80's) rolled by...big dude wearing a lot of bling. After that we headed up to our suite for the game. Sadly the C's didn't bring their A game...but it was still a good time.
Nice trade, Ry! What a cool opportunity to see the Celtics up close and to enjoy the game from the luxury box in the Toyota Center. Fun times...wish I could have been there.
